Robert Joske OAM - Founder & Managing Director

​

A Duntroon Graduate, Robert Joske OAM left a successful military career in 1992 to take up major event management in the United States. Robert returned from New York and Atlanta in 1996 where he had been the International Program Director of Olympic Aid Atlanta and tasked to present the worldwide acclaimed program in twelve nations simultaneously. He has produced and directed numerous major entertainment events including Coca Cola's 'Redfest' during the Sydney Olympic Games, Nelson Mandela's Reconciliation Concerts and 'Beating the Retreat Spectacular' at Port Arthur.

Whilst in the Army, Robert's credits included planning, co-ordinating and implementing the Military response to the Newcastle Earthquake, the Nyngan Flood disaster and Sydney North Shore storm damage. Robert was the Executive Officer of 8/12 Medium Regiment consisting of 600 men, and commanded several sub-units during his military career. He saw active service in Beirut and the Golan Heights 1984-1985. Robert was awarded the US Commendation Medal, UNTSO Medal, Australia Service Medal and a recipient of the prestigious CGS Commendation.

Robert manages the business affairs of high profile luminaries and professional sportsmen and women through Robert Joske Management. Whilst people management is an integral part of the military culture, his management of celebrities and sports persons began in 2000. Robert managed Steve Waugh AO at the height of his career from 2000 to 2006 and managed George Gregan AM for the last three years of his Wallaby and Brumbies contracts. He managed the affairs of General Peter Cosgrove until Sir Peter took up the position of Governor General. Robert now boasts an impressive management list of household names.

Robert is highly respected in the entertainment, sports management and military circles. He is a Board Member of Forces Advisory Committee on Entertainment and on the Board of Defence Plus TV. Robert was the Military Representative on the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games Bid Committee. He was a member of Sydney 2000 Olympic Aid Board.

Robert was awarded an honour in the 2014 Australia Day Honours List for service to the entertainment and sports industries.

Tom Goh - Talent Manager 

​

Tom Goh is a top achieving young man who has already impressed as a lawyer, accountant and talented sportsman. He is a highly respected Club Champion at the prestigious Royal Sydney Golf Club.

 

Tom Goh holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Accounting and Finance, completed in 2016 at the University of Notre Dame Australia. During his undergraduate studies, he worked at an accounting firm, gaining hands-on experience in taxation and business operations.

 

Tom’s keen interest in taxation inspired him to return to Notre Dame to pursue a Postgraduate Law Degree, which he completed at the end of 2022. He was subsequently admitted as a solicitor in September 2024.

 

Tom’s legal career has involved positions at several law firms, where he has acted on behalf of clients in areas including family law, estate planning, conveyancing, contract review, and managing business operations.

 

While undertaking postgraduate studies, Tom competed at an elite level in golf, both in Australia and internationally. His participation included World Amateur Golf events such as the Singapore Open Amateur, Riversdale Cup, Keperra Bowl, Port Phillip Amateur, Avondale Amateur, and the fiercely contested Challenger PGA Tour of Australasia Qualifying School in 2019, 2022, and 2023.

 

Tom’s exposure to professional sport both through his own golfing pursuits and supporting his brother in professional tennis has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the demands, complexities, and challenges inherent in the sporting world.

 

Tom’s experiences in both law and sport have fuelled a genuine passion for building strong, personal relationships and championing the needs of athletes and high-profile individuals. His communication skills both written and spoken are exemplary.

 

Tom has joined the highly credentialled Robert Joske Management company who have managed some of the World’s best sports men and women. Tom, in conjunction with Robert Joske, is committed to building and managing a strong support team for athletes to enable them to focus on their performance.
